India and INDIA are both part of the same Constitution: AICC General Secretary
The executive meeting of Gujarat Congress was held at Vadodara and senior leaders, including AICC General Secretary and Gujarat in-charge Mukul Wasnik were present. Mukul Wasnik commented on this matter, stating that in the Indian Constitution, both "India" and "INDIA" are used. There is no difference between "India" and "INDIA" in the country. The politics of words in the country is unfortunate, where the ruling government is misleading citizens on important issues.
