AUDA has made a significant decision to alleviate financial burden, waiving over Rs 19 crore in penalties for 2510 beneficiaries across 14 housing schemes. Beneficiaries now have until March 31, 2024, to settle their remaining installments. In numerous cases, the penalty exceeded the principal installment, providing relief to those facing financial challenges.
