Surat Crime Branch has successfully apprehended the suspect who had been on the run for 12 years following a theft case reported in 2011 at Pandesara. Dilipsingh Parmar, employed as a window man at the Magdalla toll booth, made away with Rs 45,000 and a mobile phone from the manager's closet alongside in-charge Ramveer Shikharwar. The Umra police had registered a case at the time, leading to the recent arrest based on their investigation.
