A free Zumba workshop has been organized by Palex Medcare Super Specialty Hospital from December 17th to December 31st at Fitness Center Racecourse Balabhavan Rajkot from 6:45 am to 7:45 am to create awareness against the rising incidence of heart disease. Importantly, the recent rise in heart attacks among young people has sparked concern. Taking this into consideration, a free zumba workshop has been organized to create awareness.
