In a tragic incident at Sabarmati Riverfront, a 29-year-old man, Yash Kansara, drowned in front of his wife while attempting to take a selfie near the walkway's railing. The Sabarmati Riverfront West Police have registered a case of accidental death. Yash and his wife, residents of Rameswar Park Society, were on an evening walk when the incident occurred. Despite prompt response from the fire brigade, Yash could not be revived, and an investigation into the incident is underway.
