The CID Crime has exposed a SIM card scam related to a bank account used for cricket betting, involving notorious betting figure Amit Majithia and six others. The gang used the documents of poor and illiterate individuals to open bank accounts and companies, which were then exploited for online cricket betting transactions totaling Rs. 11 crore.
