On the occasion of Republic Day, the announcement of the President's Medal included the selection of five distinguished IPS officers from Gujarat. Among them are Rajeev Ranjan Bhagat, Ahmedabad Range IG Premveer Singh, Ahmedabad Traffic ACP Narendra Chaudhary, BSF DIG Maninder Power, and Gujarat cadre Raghvendra Vats, who returned on deputation from CBI.
