The Supreme Court has issued a directive to all courts, urging them to refrain from including the caste and religion of the plaintiff in legal filings. A bench comprising Justice Hima Kohli and Justice Amanullah instructed all High Courts to ensure that petitions filed in subordinate courts under their jurisdiction do not mention the caste or religion of the plaintiff.
