Following extensive discussions on the budget presented by the Commissioner, an amended budget has been introduced in the Ahmedabad Metropolitan Municipality. The revised budget includes modifications to the budgets of MJ Library and VS Hospital for the fiscal year 2024-25. Notably, the ruling party has made amendments of 1.35 crores to the initial draft budget of 17.39 crores for MJ Library, resulting in an approved budget of 18.74 crores.
