The 54-year-old driver of her school van, Gopalsinh Chauhan, was having a physical encounter with a 14-year-old student living in Vasna-Bhayli. Taking advantage of the isolated situation while going to and returning from school, the driver was physically assaulting the student and told the truth to her family. So when the family filed a complaint against the van driver in Gotri police station, the police arrested the accused van driver and took legal action.
