The police apprehended Sitaram Kuswah in connection with the theft of Rs. 1.90 lakh from a dyer's house in Surat's Utran. Recovering stolen gold and silver ornaments valued at Rs. 1,09,500, the accused confessed to making a duplicate key after the complainant entrusted him with his bike, which also had the house key.
