However, aging structures have left many homes in a deteriorating state, leading to frequent incidents of collapsed slabs or roofs. The board has now issued a notice to colony residents, urging them to participate in redevelopment or repair their houses. Failure to comply may result in eviction from the premises, as per the notice.
