In response to the chaos following cataract surgeries in Mandal and Amreli hospitals, the Gujarat Medical Council has taken decisive action. The licenses of three eye surgeons, along with the Superintendent of Amreli Medical College, have been suspended. Gujarat Medical Council Chairman, Dr. Nitin Vora, emphasized that hospital management and trust authorities bear responsibility in such cases of unrest.
