Trial runs for the Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Phase 2 metro project, spanning from Narendra Modi Stadium to Mahatma Mandir and GIFT City link, are currently in progress. Commencing in late February, the recent trial between GNLU and GIFT City is a significant step. However, commuters may have to wait until June for the full-fledged metro service covering 28 km and 22 stations.
