A new 9-story building, costing Rs 50 crore, will replace the waste center near Vadodara's VIP road Karelibaug Fatehgunj bridge. Padmavati Shopping Center traders will occupy shops on two floors. The corporation's main offices, currently in Khanderao Market, will function on floors three to nine.
