As the availability of flowers fall, prices shoot up:
Various types of flowers are used throughout the Ganpati festival and due to the change in weather, there has been a decrease in the availability of flowers, which essentially has led to an increase in the price of it. Jamalpur flower market in Ahmedabad has seen an increase in the demand for flowers as the income of the same has reduced. However, flowers are now being sold at heavy prices, due to this very reason.
