Additionally, Santosh, alias Babu Jagdev Gupta, previously arrested for possession of liquor valued at 5 lakhs in 2022, attempted to flee while being tested for COVID-19 at a civil hospital. However, he was promptly recaptured by the crime branch police, and legal proceedings have been initiated against him.
