In readiness for the Lok Sabha elections, the District Election Commission in Ahmedabad has allocated 90 lakhs for videography to oversee election activities. A team of 364 individuals, including 31 Assistant Election Officers, 85 Flying Squads, 85 Static Surveillance Teams, 23 Assistant Technicians, and 120 Videographers, will monitor candidates across various assembly constituencies. Videography of 5432 polling stations in Ahmedabad district will be conducted in phases, with the data relayed to the Election Commission for scrutiny.
