The Solid Waste Management Department of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation conducted thorough inspections of businesses across the North West Zone to combat littering on public roads. Out of 97 units inspected, 72 received notices for violations. Additionally, 4.8 kg of plastic was seized, and fines totaling Rs. 1,24,900 were imposed.
