AMTS in Ahmedabad has reintroduced double decker AC buses after years, enhancing commuting options for residents. These buses now operate on four routes: Vasana to Chandkheda, Lal Darwaza to Sheelaj, Naroda to Lambha, and Sarangpur to Singarwa village. Furthermore, in a bid to further improve accessibility, AMTS plans to extend the double decker AC bus service to SG Highway, providing commuters with more convenient travel options. Starting Monday, AMTS will introduce double decker buses on three new routes, expanding the reach and accessibility of this iconic mode of transportation in the city.
