An interest waiver scheme was introduced by AUDA to assist landlords in clearing their arrears, benefiting 1844 householders. AUDA's income has surpassed Rs 5.94 crore. Householders were given until March 31-24 to avail themselves of the scheme. Post Lok Sabha elections, the board meeting will determine the course of action for those who haven't cleared remaining installments despite the scheme.
