A trio, including a woman, is being accused of tricking a young person from Gorava into giving them Rs. 16.46 lakh, promising to help him get a work permit for Canada. He said that the group told him they could arrange a Canadian work permit for him and took his money. They assured him it would be straightforward. But after eight months, he still didn't get the visa, and they didn't return his passport. When he asked for his money back, they refused and even threatened him.The victim filed a complaint with Gorwa police station, leading to an investigation into the matter.
