Delhi Police's Special Cell arrested three operatives Shahnawaz Alam, who conducted reconnaissance of VIP political leaders' routes in metropolitan areas of Maharashtra and Gujarat. He admitted to surveying locations in Mumbai, Surat, Gandhinagar, and Ahmedabad to plan IED placements and targeted attacks during interrogation.
