As a result of increasing water levels, the authorities have opened three gates at the Narmada Dam. Currently, the Narmada Dam is 99% full, and this step has been taken to release one lakh cubic feet of water into the Narmada River. This decision comes as the water inflow has reached 1,22,729 cubic feet.
