ONCE AGAIN: Man Poses as PMO Official, Threatens Hospital Chain, Faces CBI Case
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case against Maayank Tiwari from Vadodara, who impersonated a Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) official and used threats and intimidation to coerce a hospital chain into relinquishing dues exceeding Rs 16 crore owed by another hospital. Chirag Panchal, an undersecretary with the PMO, alerted the CBI to Tiwari's actions. Tiwari previously posed as a top PMO official in a similar incident and was arrested for using his fake identity to threaten schools and college owners. This case underscores the importance of curbing such fraudulent activities.
