A 27 year old Bulgarian lady, who worked as an Assistant to the CMD at Ahmedabad’s renowned Cadila Pharmaceuticals, has appealed for an FIR to be filed against the CMD and another individual, in an AHmedabad Court. Following a court inquiry, the plea was rejected. Subsequently, the woman approached the Gujarat High Court, seeking the court's direction to register an FIR. Further hearings on this application are scheduled for December 4.
