AMC has initiated actions to seal properties with pending tax arrears as part of a crackdown on non-payment of property taxes. The tax department has sealed a total of 2074 properties across seven different zones in the city, resulting in the collection of Rs. 2.62 crore in taxes. Additionally, the municipality has sealed 318 units, contributing to a total tax collection of Rs. 34.38 lakhs.
