AMC to Auction 8 Plots for Revenue Generation
The Standing Committee has granted approval to the proposal aimed at generating an income of 800 crores through the e-auction of eight plots acquired by the Ahmedabad Municipality under the TP scheme. Additionally, two plots in Chandkheda and Jundal, acquired by JETCO, will be included in the auction, contributing to a total income of Rs. 200 crores. The decision to auction these finalized TP scheme plots has been made, with planning to be undertaken by municipal authorities in collaboration with the municipal system.
