Strict regulations on stray cattle implemented in Ahmedabad:
Commencing today, a ban on keeping animals without a permit comes into effect in Ahmedabad. Unlicensed stray cattle discovered on the city's roads will be confiscated, and cattle owners without a valid license will be required to relocate their animals outside the city limits. The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation is set to rigorously enforce the cattle policy starting from December 1. Over the past 90 days, cattle owners were mandated to secure licenses, permits, and registrations for the legal possession of their animals.
