Harsh Soni, the director of Shree Mukt Jewellers in Vadodara, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison and fined Rs. 65.20 lakhs by the Vadodara court in a check return case. This legal action follows multiple fraud complaints from customers who had taken loans from banks seven years ago, involving approximately Rs. 200 crore.
