Police Commissioner Raju Bhargava has issued an announcement to prevent any fatal accidents during the upcoming Makar Sankranti festival. According to which, no person shall fly kites dangerously, shall not play loudspeakers, shall not sell or use Chinese string, and in addition, shall not sell Chinese launchers or Chinese lanterns. This notification will be effective from January 5 to January 16, and legal action will be taken against violators.
