The Santa Parade on the 23rd of Dec. is being organised by MYF ( Methodist Youth Fellowship ) of Vadodara District. It is the club of the youth groups of all methodist churches. The Santa Parade is organised for the very first time in Gujarat. The parade celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ, it symbolises the teachings of Jesus Christ, his message of -Love, Peace ,Brotherhood and Hope. We would like to share this very same gift with the people of Our Vadodara city. We would like Vadodara to join in this celebration and make it a memorable one so that every year they look forward to the same. This parade is to give people a chance to share common values, and be a part of us by celebrating christmas- with carol singing, short skits, Choreography etc.We aspire to have atleast 200 people. And 50 people dressed as Santas to symbolise the occassion. We would be starting with Centenary Church Fatehgunj to Dairy den circle and back to saffron.
