Educational department of Gujarat Government has issued circular to all schools of state to strictly keep watch on students who might be playing PUBG inside school campus.
Education Department issued circular after a recommendation by the Gujarat State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, said officials.
Officials made it clear that this ban is to enforce inside school and added that It said the ban was necessary as children were getting addicted to the game and it was "adversely affecting their studies"
Also workshops will be conducted to educate students about the adverse effects of online games. Also in 2017, there was a nationwide ban on Blue Whale game
