Residents of Sushila Park society in Vasna road in Baroda who had entered the society premises in afternoon time and beat him up as he tried to enter a locked house. The family staying at the house where the robbery attempt was made was away at that time of the robbery in the afternoon and the thief managed to steal a jewelry set and four bangles. But luckily, an elderly person sitting outside the house alerted the society people about seeing moment inside the house. People in the society rushed to the spot and caught the thief. Before handing him to the police they beat him up and took the jewelry from him. The house owner was informed of the attempted robbery and the jewelry was returned to him. The owner expressed gratitude to his neighbors and registered a complaint with the Gotri police.
