Jacob Martin, who was formerly the captain of the Indian cricket team, is undergoing treatment at a hospital after suffering grave injuries in an accident. It was earlier reported that senior cricketers in Vadodara helped Martin financially, but it is not true. Martin refuted the news that he had received a blank check for his medical treatment. But Martin says Kunal Pandya helped him with a cheque of Rs 1 lakh, and K.L.Rahul called him and transferred the money in a matter of three hours. Martin also confirmed that Sourav Ganguly also helped him out financially as soon as he came to know about Martin’s hospitalization. Jacob Martin and DK Gaekwad have won the Rajni cup for the team during their captaincy.
