Great news for Barodians! Vadodara airport has ranked fourth in a survey conducted by a private agency for the Airports Authority of India (AAI). The survey took into account 51 airports and was carried out from July 2018 to December 2018. Also, now Vadodara airport ranks at the second spot in the western region for customer satisfaction index (CSI). All and in all, the airport has jumped from 11th to 4th rank since last year, and the airport registered a score of 4.78 out of a total of 5. The first three airports to beat Vadodara for the running are Raipur, Trichy, and Udaipur.
