Dr. Yashesh Dalal who had been indicted in a rape case by a physiotherapist working with him has finally been apprehended by the Vadodara crime branch. After an FIR was registered against Doctor Yashesh Dalal on 12th February for molestation, rape under section 376 of the IPC and IT act 66 and 67 by the survivor, a physiotherapist who had been working with him since 2013. Since then the doctor had been absconding and four teams from the crime branch were dispatched to find him. The survivor had alleged that the doctor had been forcing physical relations on her since she started to work with him in 2013. The two have taken various out of town trips together to Banglore, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and a farmhouse in Vasad. The survivor decided to register a case against the
