Here's the truth behind the viral video of one policeman giving a challan to a cyclist. People were enraged with the traffic constable, Iqbalbhai Yakub needlessly ticketing a man on a cycle.
But Our Vadodara verified the facts of the video with ACP of traffic, Anita Vanani who told us the full facts behind the video. The traffic constable had actually previously stopped a tempo driver, Rameshbhai and given him a challan. But since he didn't have money to pay at the time, he sent one of his workers with some money on a cycle and that is what you see in the video.
