This is what happened to residents in Anandnagar society in Karelibaug who were protesting against the potholes dug in their society to repair the water line in a unique way: they have put up signboards that say 'smart city' and 'વિકાસ ગાંડો થયો' in the society to show the authorities the nuisance the potholes are causing.
