A trip to Pavagadh two and a half years ago changed teenager Garima Vyas's life. Though an accident left her with a spinal cord injury that left her wheelchair bound, it didn't dim her enthusiasm for learning which got her 95.2% marks in 12th CBSE Arts result declared yesterday. Not only that, she scored 100/100 marks in Psychology and 92/100 marks in Maths.
Though Garima's day included hours of rehabilitation therapy and physiotherapy because of her spinal cord injury, she made sure she had time to study. According to her mother, she is totally wheelchair bound and unable to move around without any help. Inspite of all these odds, Garima continued to study with such passion and achieved a feet that not many teenagers can in the CBSE exams.
