A young mother allegedly committed suicide by jumping off from the 12th floor of a building in Gotri on Sunday afternoon. The deceased 24-year-old woman was married for four years and had a child. She was home with her in-laws on Sunday afternoon when she suddenly went to the balcony and jumped. The husband works at a saloon and the family resided on the 12th floor of a building in Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana. The Police are investigating the case and trying to ascertain the reason behind the woman taking the drastic step. “Her in-laws said that they are not aware of any reason,” said M B Gohil, Gotri Police Inspector.
