Today CM Vijay Rupani gave a detailed explanation of guidelines for Lockdown 4.0 implementation in Gujarat. These guidelines are based on two-zone 1) Containment Zone 2) Non-Containment Zone
- No relaxation in Containment zone, other than essential services
- Selling of essential good in containment zone from 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m only
- Based on number of cases and situation, list of containment zone and non-containment zone will keep on changing after the review.
- In Non-containment zone shops/industry/offices can open from 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m
- Curfew from 7:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m
- School/Colleges/Gym/Swimming Pool/Religious places/ Mass gathering/Malls/Theater will remain close completely in whole Gujarat
- Restaurants can operate in Non-Containment Zone for home deliveries, but they need to ensure that delivery person doesn’t become super spreader
