A student living in the Sama area of Vadodara used to work at a fast-food outlet. She received a request from a bogus Instagram ID with her own photo. She checked and found morphed and obscene photos with a message saying, 'I will rape you and make the photos viral on social media'. The girl filed a complaint to the cybercrime team based on which, Vadodara Crime Branch Police arrested Bhargav Parmar and took legal actions against him. The accused worked with the girl and teased her earlier. Police are currently getting the accused tested for COVID-19 before the investigation.
