A retired Deputy Collector , driving under the influence of alcohol, was driving on the wrong side of the road in Manjalpur Suncity circle, when he collided with an oncoming car. Upon being informed of the accident, the Manjalpur Police arrested the retired Deputy Collector. No casualties were reported in the accident.
