With strict precautionary measures recruitment in the Airman category by the Indian Air Force, in collaboration with the local employment office, was organized on the grounds of Kendriya Vidyalaya of Makarpura in Vadodara. This recruitment was the biggest exercise after the lockdown which was organized in collaboration with the Government of Gujarat. Most of the work like inviting applications, preliminary screening of eligible candidates as per the criteria, and sending call letters to shortlisted candidates were done online as part of COVID 19 vigilance. Candidates were called only for the compulsory matters of written examination and physical test. Both of these procedures were carried out with strict precautionary measures.
