Notorious Ajju Kaniya has been killed in Vadodara Central Jail. As per sources, he had a heated altercation with the inmates inside the jail and was fatally attacked which lead to his murder. He died at the hospital during treatment. The scuffle between Ajju and Sunil alias Sahil Mahesh Parmar increased and in a fit of rage the accused picked up a piece of roof sheet and slit his neck. As a result, Ajju Kanio was seriously injured and rushed to SSG Hospital for treatment. The doctors on duty pronounced him dead during treatment. Ajju Kaniya had 31 serious offenses like attempted murder, robbery, assault, ransom registered against him, and was also send to PASA four times and was declared a fugitive twice. He was detained by the Vadodara City Wadi Police 4 months ago but he had given a slip during the detention proceedings and was arrested by the Crime Branch and after interrogation, he was sent to jail. He had demanded a ransom of Rs 10 lakh and a flat from a trader in the Panigate
