To clear the rush during forthcoming Dussehra & Diwali festivals, and ensure better convenience of passengers, Western Railway has planned 240 services of 8 pairs of special trains. According to a press release issued by WR CPRO Sumit Thakur, the 8 pairs of special trains will be running to various destinations for the benefit of passengers. Out of these 8 pairs of special trains, six pairs of trains will run from Mumbai & one pair from Indore, while one pair of the special trains will be passing over Western Railway with halts at Vasai Road, Surat, Vadodara and Ratlam stations of WR. Train No 02989-02990 Dadar-Ajmer Superfast Special (Tri-weekly) {36 trips} Train No 02989 Dadar-Ajmer special will leave Dadar every Thursday, Saturday & Monday at 14.35 hrs & will reach Ajmer at 08.15 hrs the next day.
