In a startling turn of events, Paresh Gandhi, a senior clerk at a government school located in Jaspur, Padra taluka of Vadodara, found himself in a predicament after allegedly demanding a Rs 400 bribe for a birth certificate. The aggrieved party promptly reported this incident to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB). The ACB had already set up a sting operation, catching him red-handed while accepting the bribe. As a result, the senior clerk's insatiable hunger for a mere Rs 400 bribe landed him behind bars.
