The Covid-19 epidemic is creating havoc all over the world, including the city of Vadodara. Entering the second phase of Covid-19, a night curfew has been ordered in the major cities of Gujarat to curb the transmission of the virus. The government has also issued strict orders to follow the guidelines. But, the violation of the Covid 19 guideline has become a topic of discussion for the last few days. In a recent case, a non-bailable offense was registered against former MoS Kantibhai Gamit, his son, and 16 others arrested under IPC Section 308 for an attempt to culpable homicide was added to FIR.
