A five and half foot crocodile was trapped inside the cage. Wildlife Rescue Trust President, Arvind Pawar received a call from the Sarpanch of Kumetha Village in Waghodia taluka that two or three crocodiles present inside the village lake attacks goats, dogs, calves. The villagers also fear going to the lake to fetch water or to wash clothes. A cage was set up on the shore of the lake by the Wildlife Rescue Trust and a team from the Waghodia Forest Department to catch the crocodile.
